Replace or Refund

 In the meanwhile, if you are wondering what happens to your order in certain scenarios, you may read our refund and replacement policy:

 Important Note:- All refund and replacement requests will be considered within 5 days from the date of delivery the product.

 With that said, let's look at some scenarios on refunds or replacements:

  Wrong product received (Replacement of Product)

Mail us the details along with the product pictures at talktous@motopsychcle.com for our review.

 We shall dispatch the replacement within 48 Hrs** and will arrange the pickup of the delivered product.

 In case we are out of stock it will take us additional 5 working days to receive and dispatch the product.

 Missing product

Mail us the details along with the pictures at talktous@motopsychcle.com for our review.

 We will dispatch the appropriate product within 48 Hrs**.

In case we are out of stock it will take us additional 5 working days to receive and dispatch the product.

Damaged piece received

 Mail us the details along with the product pictures at talktous@motopsychcle.com for our review.

We will dispatch the replacement within 48 Hrs** and will arrange the pickup of the delivered product.

In case we are out of stock it will take us additional 5 working days to receive and dispatch the product.

Dissatisfaction with the quality of the delivered product.

Mail us the details along with the product pictures at talktous@motopsychcle.com for our review.

3 options are available to post our review:

  1. We send a new piece of the same product, 

   2. We deliver any other product of same value 

   3. Refund the amount post receipt of our product.

We will either send a replacement or initiate refund within 48 hrs** of your confirmation.

In case we are out of stock it will take us additional 5 working days to receive and dispatch the product.

The amount will be refunded within 15 working days of refund confirmation.

Product is fine but size is an issue:

We will dispatch the replacement within 48 Hrs** and  arrange for pick up the delivered product.

In case we are out of stock it will take us additional 5 working days to receive and dispatch the product.

A product pick up fee of Rs 50 will be charged.

Refund Process and Time

 Amount will be refunded within 15 working days of refund confirmation.

In case the refund amount is not automatically credited to you within 15 working days you can contact us at talktous@motopsychcle.com for us to investigate the cause of delay.         

** 48 hours excludes public or Government holidays, Sundays and closure of office due to Natural Calamity. Replacement product shall be dispatched post pickup of the delivered product.
